A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I have one quick thought for you today for the new year…instead of “trying” to make big changes…just do ONE thing that you have been wanting to do.

For example….clean a closet, clear off a shelf, exercise for 5 minutes a day, call an old friend, drink an extra glass of water, read the book that has been sitting on your shelf, send someone a greeting card or hand written letter, pack a healthy snack every day, save 25 cents a day, or write down one goal for 2011.

JUST DO ONE THING!

The bottom line is— that if you pick something that has been on your mind to do AND you do it, not only will you feel better, but it will send a signal to your unconscious mind that you are a success!

REMEMBER— motivation often follows action!
